Michelle Bihary is an expert in workplace resilience.
Her primary focus is to help teams, organisations and professionals build professional and workplace resilience which is vital for a thriving workplace culture. With over 30 years of experience, Michelle works primarily as a trainer, coach and consultant offering unparalleled opportunities for deep professional development, which provide exceptional opportunities for individual development in psychological agility, emotional intelligence, resilience, mindfulness, leadership and mentoring. These engaging programs are not just geared towards individual productivity and performance, they also assist the workplace to engage teams and build and strengthen a mentally healthy workplace culture.

Michelle is a sought after speaker and has given keynotes and presentations at national and international conferences. Michelle has also been engaged by beyondblue to provide training to senior executives, managers and HR professionals in how to create a mentally healthy workplace and deal with mental health issues in the context of work.
Background
Building on strong clinical expertise in Mental Health, as an Occupational Therapist, Psychotherapist and Family Therapist, Michelle has undertaken extensive clinical training, as well as training and accreditation in Emotional Intelligence, Neuroplasticity, Resilience, Mindfulness, Workplace Wellbeing and Coaching. Michelle has coached thousands of professionals to build their EI, psychological flexibility, resilience and leadership capacity. Having worked with professionals across many sectors, she has developed a very sound understanding of what works and how to build long term capacity in both empowering and engaging ways.
In 2002, Michelle established The Delta Centre; a centre of therapeutic excellence. As the Director, Michelle has brought together a team of highly experienced and dedicated therapists to create a multi-disciplinary professional community; who work together providing coaching, EAP and clinical services, as well as providing training, supervision and consultation.
Michelle has contributed to a wide range of professional activities including the establishment of the National MentorLink Mentoring Program, has been on the organising committee for State Conferences and has presented at National and International conferences. In 2010, Michelle was extremely honoured to be the recipient of the Occupational Therapy Australia National Award, in recognition of her longstanding contribution to her professional association.
