Cancellation & Intake

Cancellation Policy

In order to get the most out of your therapy, regular attendance to your allocated therapy
session time is required. The appointment time has been reserved specifically for you,
so please understand that all missed, forgotten appointments or late cancellations (less
than 24 hours) may incur a full fee. Medicare rebates and private health insurance do
not cover unattended appointments.

Intake 

Please feel free to call or email us. We will then call you back to discuss suitability and
availability.

While we strive to offer appointments as soon as possible, we are not able to offer crisis
assistance. If you have an emergency or require assistance in a crisis, please contact
your GP or referring doctor or the nearest emergency department at your local hospital.
